Health Coaching is a collaborative partnership — a space for you to arrive authentically to unearth and define what it means for you to be well. As the client, you decide what aspect or aspects of your wellbeing you would like to focus on in each session — any and all of the 8 dimensions of wellness can be explored. A coach will support, listen deeply, ask questions curiously, offer tools and resources as needed, and reflect your inner wisdom to help you author your healing and becoming.

WORK WITH JANA
Jana is a practicing integrative health and wellbeing coach. She is earning her M.A. in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching from the University of Minnesota with plans of graduating in December of 2022. She hopes to become board certified (NBC-HWC) in the fall of 2022 as well.
Health coaching sessions can occur either in-person or virtually via phone call or Zoom.
Initial sessions are 60 minutes in length and follow-up sessions are 30 minutes in length.
